About Me
I am a Visionary
I’ve always been endlessly curious—a lifelong learner who loves to build, design, and create, especially when it comes to shaping my own life. At age nine, I launched my first “business,” washing laundry for a quarter a load (my mom was my only customer). After that came a lemonade stand, custom buttons, and eventually the working world once I was old enough to really earn money.
That same curiosity has led me down winding paths: globetrotting adventures, unexpected career shifts, and the challenge of building something from the ground up. Each experience has taught me something new and shaped me into the person I am today—a woman who believes in carving her own path with equal parts grit and grace.
At the heart of everything, I believe in people. I believe in staying open, vulnerable, and real. I believe trust and honesty are the foundation of any meaningful connection.
And I believe that when you combine curiosity with intention, life has a beautiful way of giving you exactly what you need—even more than you ever imagined.

Before I was Brandy Landon, the CEO, I was…
just an average girl trying to find her way in the world. Like many, I faced challenges and uncertainties, but I always had a sense that there was more to life than just getting by. I didn’t have all the answers, but I was determined to carve out my own path, learn from my mistakes, and keep pushing forward.
This journey, full of self-discovery and hard work, eventually led me to the world of real estate. Today, as the CEO of Milestone Premier Properties, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and the incredible team and clients I have the privilege of working with. But no matter how much I’ve grown, I’ll always remember the girl who was just trying to figure it all out.
What I’ve learned along the way is that life isn’t about following a straight line—it’s about embracing the many facets of who you are, even if they seem contradictory at times. I’ve always been a mix of contrasts. I’m a planner, but I love the thrill of spontaneity. I’m a workaholic, but I crave time to just be still. I’m goal-driven, but I also appreciate the journey, taking time to savor each experience along the way.
Over the years, my many interests and passions have shaped me into someone who is multi-faceted and curious—constantly learning, growing, and evolving. My seemingly contradictory qualities have actually become one of my greatest strengths. They’ve taught me how to adapt, how to find creative solutions, and how to stay true to myself while navigating the ever-changing tides of life and business.
The Hard Truth About My Past
I didn’t exactly get the “storybook childhood.” Money was tight, chaos was normal, and I spent time in foster care. At one point, we even lived in a van by the river — yes, literally.
By six years old, I had already lived a lifetime of curveballs, including a year-long detour when my siblings and I were taken away from my mom by my biological father. When she got us back, we packed up and moved to Texas. That’s when I stepped into a classroom for the very first time — second grade. Talk about a crash course in culture shock.
I was shy, awkward, and rocking a lazy eye, but I was also hungry to learn. With the help of a tutor, I quickly caught up, and before long, teachers were calling me “brilliant.” School became my happy place — not because I had all the answers, but because it gave me hope.
Home life, on the other hand, wasn’t glamorous. No AC in the summer, no heat in the winter, and cockroaches as roommates. Baths were more like bucket-and-rag situations. It wasn’t pretty, but it taught me grit, resourcefulness, and the fine art of laughing at circumstances you can’t control.
My goal back then was simple: survive childhood and create something better for myself. And that’s exactly what I did. I graduated at the top of my class, moved off to college, and went on to earn my master’s degree. Along the way, I traveled, built a career, and proved to myself that survival wasn’t the end of my story — thriving was.
Now, when I look back, I don’t just see hardship. I see a scrappy kid who learned how to roll with the punches, dream bigger than her surroundings, and keep moving forward. And to that kid I say: thank you for never giving up. You made this life possible.
