Hey, I’m Brandy!
I’m an entrepreneur, a globetrotter and a girl boss paving my own path.
I believe in the inherent goodness of people. I believe in staying open and vulnerable, allowing others to see the real you. Trust and honesty are, in my view, the most valuable qualities you can have. And I truly believe that, with time, you’ll receive everything your heart desires.

Before I was Brandy Landon, the CEO, I was …
just an average girl trying to find her way in the world. Like many, I faced challenges and uncertainties, but I always had a sense that there was more to life than just getting by. I didn’t have all the answers, but I was determined to carve out my own path, learn from my mistakes, and keep pushing forward.
This journey, full of self-discovery and hard work, eventually led me to the world of real estate, where I discovered my true passion. Today, as the CEO of Milestone Premier Properties, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and the incredible team and clients I have the privilege of working with. But no matter how much I’ve grown, I’ll always remember the girl who was just trying to figure it all out—and I’m grateful for every step that brought me here.
What I’ve learned along the way is that life isn’t about following a straight line—it’s about embracing the many facets of who you are, even if they seem contradictory at times. I’ve always been a mix of contrasts. I’m a planner, but I love the thrill of spontaneity. I’m a workaholic, but I crave time to just be still. I’m goal-driven, but I also appreciate the journey, taking time to savor each experience along the way.
Over the years, my many interests and passions have shaped me into someone who is multi-faceted and curious—constantly learning, growing, and evolving. My seemingly contradictory qualities have actually become one of my greatest strengths. They’ve taught me how to adapt, how to find creative solutions, and how to stay true to myself while navigating the ever-changing tides of life and business.

I’m living life to the fullest …
My journey into business wasn’t a straight line, but looking back, each step led me to where I am today.
At 18, I earned a scholarship to the University of Texas at Tyler. Just three days after graduating high school, I packed my car, drove four hours away, and never looked back. I pursued a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, earned a Teaching Certification in Math (4-8), and later obtained a Master’s in School Counseling. Along the way, I worked hard to support myself, starting at Texas Roadhouse as a server, bartender, and eventually a manager. For five years, I juggled night shifts, weekends, and holidays—all while staying focused on my academic and career goals.
Along the way to pursuing my higher education degree, I made a major pivot. I left the restaurant industry for an entry-level position as an office assistant at a Classic Car Dealership. I saw this move as a chance to learn something new and it paid off quickly. I worked my way up through the ranks, eventually becoming the CEO’s right-hand in all his business ventures. Despite the success and a lucrative career, I felt something was missing. It was time for another shift—I decided to pursue my dream of working in education.
Shortly after entering education, I realized it wasn’t what I had imagined. While I truly enjoyed working with children, I knew deep down that this wasn’t the path meant for me.
So, I pivoted again. I launched my first business as a bookkeeper when I was 22 years old, which allowed me to work from home, travel, and be my own boss. It gave me the flexibility I craved, but I still wasn’t fulfilled. That’s when I discovered my passion for real estate. With my bookkeeping business covering the bills, I obtained my real estate license and quickly closed 28 transactions in my first year. Inspired by that success, I took another leap and opened my own real estate brokerage just a year after entering real estate in 2017.
Fast forward to today: I’ve closed hundreds of real estate deals, manage nearly 300 rental properties, and continue to hone my skills as a real estate investor. You might think after all the twists and turns to get here, I’d be satisfied. But the truth is, I’m just getting started. 🙂
A few of my favorite things
Traveling to new places, and taking lots of fun pictures!

It’s been a journey to get to this place of true happiness within myself. I’ve spent time in therapy, tried hypnosis, thrown myself into work, and even retreated into solitude more times than I’d like to admit. Along the way, I’ve had my doubts about where I fit in and whether I was enough. But when I look back, I realize that no matter what, I always lived fully. I’ve experienced so much, seen so many places, and pushed myself to reach goals that once seemed out of reach.
I’ve never been afraid to take risks, to start fresh, or to chase the life I want. And now, I can confidently say I’m more comfortable in my own skin than I’ve ever been before. I’m proud of how far I’ve come, and I’m excited for what’s next. The future? I’m ready for it.
xo Brandy
